Court Records Where and How to Get Court Records Using the VINE service, interested persons may obtain information regarding an inmate's custody status, their primary charges, their bail and bond conditions, and their prospective release dates. However, detainee-specific inquiries may be made using the VINE service provided by the Sheriff's Office. Terry Scott Wilkins, 24, of the 200 block of Rockwell Street, was arrested Monday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of second-degree assault.
